This has been a busy week for the Worcester Cursillo Community.
One week ago we had 9 men live a Cursillo weekend. While there were bumps and hicups all weekend long, the candidates had a wonderful experience, and as always GOD WINS!
This past Friday was Leader's School, as we continued to work on the Holiness talk. We were graced to have Sharon Bannister come and share her talk with the group as an example of a personal witness talk.
Saturday we joined fources with the Cursillistas who have lived a weekend at the Methuen retreat house. Both sides are determined to break down that old "our weekend vs. your weekend" barrier that has exsisted in the past, to promote the fact that it's God's Weekend, and we're all one body in Christ. The renewal day on Saturday was a big sucess, and won't be the last. We had Mass, Adoration, and two powerful speakers, one from each community. It was a blessing for sure.
Sunday ended with a lively Ultreya which is held the 3rd Sunday of every month in Leominster. It was a great reminder that the one way to make Cursillo live is to live it with others in your life. Community is the key to Perseverance!
