Dear George,
This is the same problem we also have. We encourage team members to find al least one from their environments. For others we maintain a candidate bank. We pray for them and if we missed them this time we try to bring ghem next time so on.

Decolores! I am Rebecca Rodgers and I made SonShine North Via De Christo Women's # 48 in Jacksonville,Florida in November of 2005.
I have been listening to your Show since I made my weekend! You Are Awesome!!!
SonShine North Via De Christo has had the same problem you are dealing with right now... our last set of weekends only had 6 (Pilgrims) we call them! and 30 Team members
We are ecumenical so we are allowed to reach out to other churches and movemnts for Team members and (Pilgrims)!!!
so maybe try going on a weekend or serving on team for another movement!!!
